Helsinki Shipyard delivers the full shipbuilding process, from concept design to commissioning.

Our in‑house design organization covers concept, basic, and detail engineering, ensuring seamless integration from design to production. We are recognized for proven ice‑capable designs, advanced technical solutions, and close cooperation with owners, class societies, and suppliers.

Steel production and block assembly follow a controlled production flow from steel cutting to final hull blocks, including fabrication, painting, and outfitting in Helsinki and Pori or by qualified partners in the Baltic Sea region. All welding personnel are ISO3834-2:2021 certified.

Hull assembly is carried out in our covered dry dock in Helsinki, enabling high productivity and predictable schedules. Our commissioning team supports the project through final system testing, with the same specialists involved from design through completion, ensuring continuity, technical excellence, and on‑time delivery.
